Sunnylife Global Announces Major Management Restructuring and Acquisition

LOS ANGELES, Aug. 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Sunnylife Global,
Inc. (Pink Sheets: SNYL) announced today the acquisition of a
California based research and development company and a major
restructuring of Sunnylife management as part of this acquisition.
In a share for share transaction, Sunnylife has acquired all of the
issued and outstanding shares of Heart Link Biomedical, Inc.,
("Heart Link") a California based company with a research
subsidiary in the People's Republic of China. Heart Link has filed
worldwide patents on two medical products with a total of 153
claims. One of these products, the BVCS (Blood Vessel Cleaning
System) is in the animal testing stage. Heart Link will continue to
operate as a wholly owned subsidiary. Mark Chen has been appointed
Chairman of the Board and CEO, with Lily Lee as Executive Vice
President on August 3, 2008. Mark Chen, commenting on the new
structure, took a very positive approach expressing that the
original management of Sunnylife laid part of the foundation which
we can build on. Sunnylife will be focusing on developing its
membership-based hospital chain in China, known as World Friendship
Hospital Group. It is now time for the Company to enter the
execution and growth phase and this requires a professional
management team with successful track records in hospital
operations, membership-based medical plan management, hospital
acquisitions, corporate finance, and local deal-execution
capabilities, in ordered to bring the company to a higher level in
