Scorpex Application Accepted by Mexican Federal Government

Scorpex, Inc. (Pinksheets:SRPX) (the “Company”) submitted and
received acceptance of its follow-on application to the Mexican
federal government for continued development and operations on the
Company’s initial site located near Ensenada, Mexico.
In Mexico, the federal, state, and local governments approve and
issue permits for the use of the land for waste storage and
disposal as well as operational permits. The Company has received
several permits and approvals and anticipates receiving all of its
permits soon.
