It's a bit odd he is filing here since the company is incorporated in Bermuda; I'm not really sure what to make of it.

The 2011 annual filing is due this month; we'll see if he files it.

OK I read about bering exploration to drill 4 wells in the eagle-ford shale in the ihub news this am.I dont know if there is any thing to this but I do know that silver star owns 4.8% of bering exploration.

I read where they filed a 15-12G on 5-15-2009 and it does have all the makings of r/m sudden increase in volume out of nowhere -I saw this en last night on td screen and I was hoping it would wait till monday so my money could clear .But thats my luck.I will still get some though because it is being bought by insiders I suspect who are in the loop as to a much BIGGER price before too long!
