The vote on the seventh is a formality. The good news is that the new management team has not crushed the legacy shareholders with a rollback or some other huge dilutive mechanism. And why should they? This has a great share structure, CEO owns 25M common right along side us. Investors came in for another 25M at .008., right at the price the shares were trading at the time. 250M shares will be dispersed to legacy shareholders of Scenebot and we are all made whole, ready to move forward. They have been working towards this for 6 years, they have planned accordingly. They are excited to get moving. So am I. I don’t even remember how I came across this last year but I’m glad I did.

I sure hope so. Based on the last 2 1/2 years of news dropping followed by an immediate tanking of the stock, I'm not so sure I am quite as optimistic anymore.

Just hoping we find a floor soon. .04 has held so far.

I will be setting a stop loss shortly on this where I walk out with a profit either way.

I've certainly got a realistic number in mind where I may bow out completely, even if it runs a lot higher. Better to get out with a profit early than a loss being way too late.

Just playing the wait and see game for now as the volume is steady and the price is creeping up and not exploding to the point where I'm worried huge dumps are on the way.

$STGZ Popped on my scans last week but figured it might be on-the-back of Trumpy's 'stargate'-AI thingy LOL.

Back in the day (1998?) I made a quick 6 figures loading-up on a new "internet ticker" $EPAY, figuring it would run purely based on the ticker ("E" anything was hot, plus $EBAY had gotten hot & was close-enough to be "contagious").

That's the way things were back then... and I think they occasionally still are.

But hey! Nice follow-thru so far...

Man that's awesome! Congrats might u suggest at least eliminating your risk and getting your investment out at some point. I took my investment off the table at .0054 now it's just sit back and watch.. approaching these stock with a plan is extremely important because I've been in some where I wake up and it's suspended causing nearly 80-100% loss. $STGZ

Man this has been some ride the last 2+ years.

After the Vector disaster I was just hoping to get my money back someday, or 75% of it. Almost a full year of treading between .003s and .007s was frustrating as hell with an average of .027. LUCKILY, I took a shot and scooped another 200,000 shares at .004s in the Fall to lessen my average to .017ish even though at the time I thought I was just throwing more good money at a bad stock in hopes of someday breaking even.

To say this has far exceeded my expectations over the last week or so would be understating it. Glad I added those shares now for sure. Sitting at about 400,000 shares and finally feeling good about where we are.

Not sure where the upward movement ends, but I'm thankful I didn't sell out of frustration in the last year or so. I have no predictions of price, but I like the slow movement up. I feel its more sustainable and may even get us to higher ceilings.

Damn, feels good to pick a winner for once :) Excited to hear the actual news that's driving the heavy buying now next months. Congrats to all who suffered through the last 2 years plus with me, including my rants ;). We're here!

The answer is no. The previous shell owner had an LOI to merge with an oil and gas company. That was terminated. He sold the shell STGZ to the new owner. The merger/ sale/takeover is complete. We are waiting for official announcement of the new business plan and management team. Read previous posts

That's a good question I'm sitting with freebies just in it for the ride. A few people have talked to CEO already and they are sealed lip tight. In the WYsos it just says Merger but no details

But does the new company have any connection to what they were in the past? I had thought this is an entirely different business concept - am I mistaken on that?

Well they are not diluting let's start there. The share structure is relatively tiny. If anything substantial it could pop up to .1 before news just based on where this was back in 2021 $STGZ
