(f/k/a Homie Recipes, Inc.) (“STVA”), of Carson City, Nevada and Pella Gianniasta, Greece at 9:30 a.m. EDT on October 6, 2017, and terminating at 11:59 p.m. EDT on October 19, 2017.

The Commission temporarily suspended trading in the securities of STVA because of concerns about recent promotions, unusual and unexplained market activity in the company’s stock and questions regarding the accuracy of assertions by Stevva Corp., including those issued in press releases on August 23, 2017 and August 29, 2017, including about its financial position. This order was entered pursuant to Section 12(k) of the Exchange Act.

The Commission cautions broker-dealers, shareholders, and prospective purchasers that they should carefully consider the foregoing information along with all other currently available information and any information subsequently issued by the company.

Further, brokers and dealers should be alert to the fact that, pursuant to Rule 15c2-11 under the Exchange Act, at the termination of the trading suspension, no quotation may be entered unless and until they have strictly complied with all of the provisions of the rule. If any broker or dealer has any questions as to whether or not he has complied with the rule, he should not enter any quotation but immediately contact the staff in the Division of Trading and Markets, Office of Interpretation and Guidance, at (202) 551-5777. If any broker or dealer is uncertain as to what is required by Rule 15c211, he should refrain from entering quotations relating to Stevva Corp.’s securities until such time as he has familiarized himself with the rule and is certain that all of its provisions have been met. I don't see any reason for STVA to be on the greys there wasn't anything unusual compared to some of the junk OTC stocks trading in the .000s which continue.

I noticed that the price was up higher than usual so I assumed it was trading but realized it was still on the greys because no L2 mm's clear?

It often does, the SoL accrues. If they were perpetuating the activity all the way up to the suspension, it is five years from the date of the last occurrence. This could go on for five years until we hear what happened.

SEC investigation continues. Suspension was to protect investors from fraud, after the initial investigation.
It could take years for the investigation to complete and possible charges to be issued.

Questions require answering. If rectified, STVA could have a nice run.

No reason for this viable company to be trading on the grays, especially if they are able to validate their financial statements.

Look at the range today .0001 to .04 lots of trading room.

The company itself has to satisfy claims made against it by the SEC.

The sec is in ongoing (confidential) talks with the company management to provide data (shareholders don't know about this) if company doesn't comply with SEC request - they suspend cause of suspicion

that is completely false. the sec does not notify a company that they are investigating. also , they do not suspend and then ask questions, the investigate and then suspend. the sec has made no request of this company and no response is required.
