Suburban Minerals Updates Shareholders on Diamond Concession

HENDERSON, NV--(Marketwired - Mar 5, 2014) - Suburban Minerals
Corp. (OTC Pink: SUBB) provided an update to its shareholders today
as it relates to the Diamond Concession acquisition.
According to the company, the
closing of the transaction is imminent and is pending the
completion of debt settlements and to divest the company of
unproductive assets it currently holds. These last steps
toward the closing are important and necessary, but are only a
formality.
