Subsea 7 Gets $170 Million Pact Offshore UK From Statoil

Norwegian seabed-to-surface engineering contractor Subsea 7 S.A.
(SUBC.OS) Friday announced the award of a $170 million contract
from Statoil ASA (STO) for services on the Mariner field, in the
U.K. sector of the North Sea.
MAIN FACTS:
-Project management and engineering work will commence
immediately at Subsea 7's offices in Stavanger, Norway and
Aberdeen, U.K.
-Offshore activities utilising a variety of Subsea 7 vessels are
scheduled to commence in 2015 and to be completed in 2016.
-Shares closed Thursday at NOK130, valuing the company at
NOK45.73 billion.
