Carlos Arreola, President of Service Team Inc., announced today
that Service Team Inc. has completed its year end report which
includes the acquisition of Trade Leasing, Inc. The report
has been filed on Form 10-K and is available on the web site
sec.gov current reports. The Company reported sales of
$1,017,446 and if the one-time charges and imputed costs for the
acquisition are not counted, the Company showed a profit of
$101,892. Trade Leasing, Inc. is a manufacturer and repairer of
trucks and truck bodies. Trade Leasing, Inc. and their Delta
Stag division have a full product line of truck bodies for both the
dry freight and the refrigerated trucking industry. Trade Leasing
Inc.’s fabrication plant in South Gate, California, is a complete
facility for manufacturing and modifying truck bodies. Mr.
Arreola stated: “I am very pleased to report the results
this acquisition. It indicates that the Trade Leasing
