ZURICH--Swatch Group AG (UHR.VX) Wednesday said it has named
additional members to its Executive Group Management Board and
Extended Group Management Board.
MAIN FACTS:
- Pierre-André Bühler, Head of ETA SA Manufacture Horlogère
Suisse and previous member of the Extended Group Management Board
has been appointed member of the Executive Group Management
Board.
- Raynald Aeschlimann, Head of International Sales at Omega SA,
Hans-Rudolf Gottier, CEO of Micro Crystal AG, Calogero Polizzi,
Head of IT at Swatch Group, and Jean Claude Eggen, member of the
Management of ETA SA Manufacture Horlogère Suisse, have been named
new members of the Extended Group Management Board.
- Appointments are effective as of 1 January 2013, and the
appointees' previous responsibilities will be retained and
unchanged.
