Swatch Complaint in NY Court Alleges Samsung Infringed Trademark -Reuters

--Swatch Group (SWGAY) on Monday filed a complaint to the court
in the Southern District of New York alleging Samsung Electronics
Co. (SSNHZ) and Samsung Electronics America Inc. violated the Swiss
company's trademarks, Reuters reported.
--In its complaint, Swatch said downloadable watch faces for
smart watches sold by the two companies are identical or virtually
identical to trademarks used by Longines, Omega and other brands
owned by Swatch, the report said.
--Swatch said it is seeking a trial, the report said.
--Neither company was immediately available for comment,
according to the report.
