Strategic Media International limited is the holdings company for Stellar Mega Media Group of companies trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and Chang Feng Telecommunications in Shenzhen, China. Stellar Mega Media is the largest private media corporation in China that has produced more than 5,000 hours of media contents over the years. Stellar Mega revenue and book value as of year 2004 and 2005 are approximately US$300 million and US$350 million respectively. Chang Feng Telecommunications is a technology corporation dedicated to the innovation and development of Internet-Protocol Television related product and services. Chang Feng is a public-traded corporation on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (000892) to be renamed 'Stellar Media Conglomerate'.
