Don’t like the way we’re looking today. This ticker is just not trading like it has made a favorable merger.
More like it’s dying, dying everyday with NO sign of positivity.
They don’t even show the responsibility to file an extension on their financial due date!
We are dealing with a Company that doesn’t care to be responsible!!!

Sorry that was for the AFFU board but yes the merger has happened here. Waiting for filings. William said updates are coming shortly last week in an email.

I do. According to the filings the merger is already done. It’s just waiting for the LOI’s to be finalized. There’s multiple so I believe that’s what is taking so long. Along with clearing the hurdles with OneMind. One LOI sometimes takes 6 months to finish so 3-4 is going to take forever unfortunately. That said I am very unhappy with the lack of communication and respect for existing shareholders.

George, do you think the merger is happening. It’s been a long time since the last update. At least informing the shareholders should be a good be kept as a priority??? Same is happening in other OTC too :))

Well they certainly aren't trying to pump the stock. Positive, forward-looking news is much needed though.

Ok, so logic tells me IF they had it AND it was good, they would have released it. So either it is not good, or they will need an extension
