Here's some clarification:

MC means market cap
PS means Price to Sales ratio

It looks to me like a Price to Sales ratio of 2 is reasonable, if not quite low given the types of materials they are providing, using the link I included.

Assuming revenues will be $12 million based on prior projections a PS of 2 would mean a market cap of $24 (12x2) - which would be a price of around .25 which is about a 25 bagger from the current market cap of just under $1m

PE and PS are metrics commonly used to value growth companies. They are both used and it is an inexact science. A PE of 10 is possibly way too low too, but I don't have their numbers from past years to know for sure.

In the OTC these calculations mean far less - any company with a float as low as the one here can go banannas, but investors often like some metrics to at least have a sense of whether they are likely to make money or not.

The other quotes I provided give some perspective on what they are trying to do.

Similar is the PE calculation based on $1.7m EPS estimate for this year: PE of only 10 would be a 17 bagger.

Closely aligns with the original 20 cents per Preferred share number...

But once this moves - the tiny float will take it up fast and could go much further as momentum and volume kicks in. This sometimes goes out of the blue because of the small float, one could easily miss the boat.

Just a month ago: Heard back today;

"I understand what binding agreements mean. In most cases binding agreements are for two purposes. 1. Avoid one party for shopping for other deals. 2. Punitive damages if a deal doesn't close. In this case both parties are working close together to move the relationship forward while working on components of the transaction and will take significant more time to resolve. Just as in this case, MTAG Composites clients are fortune 1000 companies and have N60-90 payment terms. And with a production build cycle of 30-90 days an enormous amount of working capital is required. As such the company relied on invoice factoring, which is fine. Our goal will be to eliminate that feature. Short term challenge is that TDRK being an American company, some of the covenants if the factoring company couldn't be resolved in short order. Needless to say, it was MTAG that recommended the global sales arm of which all client relationships would be transferred allowing tdrk and mtag to consummate phase 1 of a working relationship effectively transferring revenues to tiderock with MTAG composites being the outsourced manufacturer. The primary owner of MTAG is now becoming a board member of TDRK.

I guess we have to wait for financials. Thank goodness there are some requirements for transparency in the OTC market.
We certainly can’t depend on management to come out and give us real information that shareholders are entitled to. Honest people are not afraid to offer information to clarify status of a Company.

It’s a bit odd because the merger was with a company associated with the original - like a distribution arm, I think. So not the same, except i was told the revs from the original will be reported as Tiderock revs. Apparently from what i was told they hit some snags with the original plan and so this was a workaround solution.

Would help if they would more fully explain it. Im still in and hoping it is still nearly as great as we thought.

I don't know what a trenditrade is... of course the company is raising money, that's why they are public.
my point is, with a little more communication they could be selling higher with a lot more eyes.
