Fair's part of the business, cabinets, stonework, etc. was divested from Third Bench and is no longer part of the holding company. They had to go back to car title business, Title King (Canouse's company), as their stated business even though they barely generate any revenue from it. Essentially it's an empty shell with a lot of outstanding debt.

The dilution here has been relentless over the last two years! Still don’t trust these guys, just hoping for a good pump here!

They moved to 4 briefly, but then back down to 3.

I saw it was at 0.0004.

Now that they moved to 3, they can dump at 2.

OTCN was at 2 all week, moved to 3 with the high Thursday volume.  Bid at 1 has grown to almost a billion shares...good luck getting shares there, 2 is the load spot.  They can't dump infinite shares if conversions are not happening...

Only if we can get enough newbies to overcome the dump rate, or if they lay off the dilution.

If they woukd stop dumping, this thing might move. The same dumping has been going on for damn new two years now.

No, it wasn't, retail doesn't dump $5K in shares without a good reason, and OTCN has been sitting at the 3 ask all week ready to dump, and sitting at 1 on the bid all week, so they have no problem dumping at 2.

The CEO said that the previous head didn't lose 100 percent of the wood cabinet company.

That was a large retail sell order that didn't want to hold over the weekend.  OTCN was still at 3.  2s will be back on bid within minutes on Monday.

No, it doesn't, they dumped over 50M shares at the bid price at the end of day Friday, and burned through all the 2s. We are at 1 on the bid again.

I bought in far before the reverse split, so I am WAY in the hole and would like to get my money back. I am contemplating putting in buy a order at 0.0001 (which I may be able to get considering it was no bid recently), and then I at least have a chance to average down to 0.0020 or so ( if I can get $6K of shares at that price), at which point I (could) get my money back at breakeven.

Based on interpretation of a few email responses I've seen, pause on conversions is part of the strategic reorganization being worked on.  Would be silly if they didn't based on recent positive momentum.  Feels like it is happening based on trade action.
