Totally Green, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: TLGN), a pioneer in organic food processing systems and compostable packaging alternatives, has installed its revolutionary ORCA Green Machine™ at the U.S. Coast Guard base in Portsmouth, Virginia.

The U.S. Coast Guard purchased the ORCA Green Machine to establish an on-site rapid food composting solution. According to representatives of U.S. Coast Guard, the machine's implementation advances the Guard's self-sustainability mandate and satisfies its environmental stewardship program.

The U.S. Coast Guard has also launched a test use of the ORCA Green Machine that involves reusing the "grey water" or effluent for irrigation, and as a means to accelerate plant and tree growth.

"The adoption of our ORCA Green Machine technology by the U.S. Coast Guard represented our first entry into the U.S. Military establishment," noted Rob Phillips, president of Totally Green, "as well as the first application to use the effluent for irrigation and fertilization purposes."
