Totally Green, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: TLGN), a
pioneer in organic food processing systems and compostable
packaging alternatives, has unveiled a new investor relations
section of the company's website that features a new company
presentation available for download today at www.totallygreen.com.
Totally Green retained the services of Liolios Group to revamp
the investor section of their corporate website. Liolios Group has
consulted more than 100 public companies, helping them transform
their existing IR site into an informative venue for investors to
engage with the company and perform their due diligence on its
performance. Totally Green has also engaged the investor relations
services of Liolios Group to create an investor presentation that
communicates its developing corporate message, including how
company management is effectively building shareholder value in the
burgeoning clean-tech sector.
The new IR section coincides with a number of recent management
changes at Totally Green. The company's board of directors has
approved the transition of Rob Phillips from president to CEO, and
appointed Tom Self chairman of the board. Both have succeeded the
retiring William Horner in these positions, as Horner continues to
serve as a company director. Nate Baker has been promoted to
president from COO, and will continue to serve as the company's
interim CFO.
"As Totally Green continues to transition from the development
stage to increasing product commercialization, we want to make
every effort to keep our shareholders informed about our progress
as well as introduce our story to the broader investment
community," said Baker. "The new website offers a better selection
of investor tools, while the new corporate presentation provides a
great way for new analysts and investors to learn more about the
tremendous opportunities we're pursuing with our breakthrough ORCA
Green Machine™ and Ingeo™ Green Bottle Spring Water."
"We'd also like to welcome Tom Self as our new chairman, who
brings a tremendous wealth of experience and knowledge to our
team," added Baker, "as well as thank Bill Horner for his
tremendous contributions to the company which has brought us to
this dramatic pivotal stage in our development."
Self is the CEO of Air Cooled Exchangers, Inc., a large factory
near Tulsa, Oklahoma with a long, profitable record of
accomplishment in manufacturing. Self's undergraduate degrees in
Physics and Math, and a graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering,
both from Tulsa University, have allowed him to invent, fabricate,
and manufacture complex equipment throughout his prolific career.
His factory is currently engaged in the engineering and manufacture
of the ORCA Green Machine. As Totally Green's new chairman and one
of the company's largest shareholders, the company looks to
leverage his deep engineering and manufacturing knowledge and
experience.
These recent appointments also represent a more focused approach
for the management team as they continue to grow and drive sales
with larger and more labor intensive customers across the United
States. Phillips will focus on communicating the company's
cost-savings proposition and environmental benefits with
multi-billion dollar customers and procuring strategic
relationships that will leverage Totally Green's ORCA Green Machine
technology. Baker will be responsible for all internal functions
within Totally Green, as well as the internal point person of
communication with the financial community. Baker is also leading
the process to find a full-time CFO, which the company expects
within the next few months.
