Hi Eddy.
Don't load everything you have in one stock, that's a no no :)
I am concerned about the macro economics. If markets crashes, then good and bad stock would go down indiscriminately, so be sure to have some cash on the side :)

Regarding Tesco, the UK business is struggling due to discounters plus all the bad press of Tesco squashing the suppliers to extract money from them (like mafia), but I believe Dave Lewis is on top of this. It was great to know that in the "Third Quarter Interim Management Statement" there was no talk about issuing stock.
Tesco could offload the asian business (such as Tesco Lotus in Thailand) and Dunn Humby at a good price, and refocus on the UK business. Let's see what happens during this year as this sort of things does not happen overnight.

Disclaimer: I have 4% of my portfolio on Tesco.

It has real numbers and supplying a real real service as well as a product. This was so undervalued do to something that was just BS as far as I'm concerned.

The numbers tell a story and this story has the wow factor to it. I have loaded every thing I have on this stock. Insiders are picking up stock ca use as we all know if they are indicating a sell they are buying if they are writing the put and selling the call to the company but it is the numbers that tell the story and what a great story.

Tesco is starting to pick up from the bottom. I am holding my shares as the book value may not reflect properly the asian business plus all the land it owns in UK. I don't believe it will be back to the old good days, but now the shares looks too battered

Loaded at $12.50. This is will be a turn around story. Lots of hidden value with their real estate holdings and new management focus back to basics. Book value is at $9.50 so future growth has been discounted. The 5% dividend is worth the investment alone, trading at these prices long term will appreciate. This is a solid 35% return next couple of years back to $20 a share or more. Buffet was wrong so far but again the prices weren't this cheap, also new management is likely to turn it around. It really could be much more ugly for them, so that's why I bought it! Any positive news developments will surpass expectations sending it to much higher prices!
