Tytan Holdings, Inc. ("the Company") (PINKSHEETS: TYTN), is pleased to announce the return of its CEO, Mark Leonard, from yet another successful business trip to China. This 14 day visit was by invitation of the Chinese government and Tytan's supplier YTO, the largest tractor manufacturer in China. During his stay, Leonard met with several new manufacturers and attended a very large (for Chinese farmers only) Agricultural Show which afforded the Company many new introductions and many meetings with established suppliers. The latest and best technology was on full display. Some of which has opened new doors for Tytan.

YTO's Large Tractors (120-140 HP) with their new state-of-the-art "wet" clutches and power shuttles were the biggest draw in the show. A deal is being hammered out for Tytan to receive samples of these models soon, which will then be circulated to hand-picked dealers for their customers to field test. "These machines are tops in quality with very attractive pricing," said Leonard. Tytan's Australian Representative is in the process of receiving his third shipment of new tractors. Offers to represent Tytan in Great Britain, Africa and Poland are on the table and are being vetted right now by Leonard.

Tytan will also be selling the YTO 60HP Crawler which also fits the performance criteria laid out by the commercial farming industry, but also has a price point that's attractive to small acreage operations. This trip was a direct result of the Chinese visit to Kalama in September 2011. It was announced then that the purpose was to "increase our mutually beneficial relationship." This process, which has many facets, negotiations and plans is continuing on schedule. "While I cannot comment on what we are working on," said Leonard, "I can say that I have never been happier with the relationship with this factory and others we also are talking to." Leonard is planning one more China trip soon for some final inspections of new products and to possibly bring some key dealers with him.

In other news, the bankruptcy judge in the Mitch Bogden defamation lawsuit (in which Tytan won a $250,000 judgment), has lifted the "automatic stay." This moves the collection process one big step closer to a satisfactory result.
