US Nuclear Corp. (the “Company”) is unable to file, without unreasonable effort or expense, its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended September 30, 2019 (the “Form 10-Q”). Additional time is needed to allow the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm to complete its review of the consolidated financial statements included in the Form 10-Q. The Company intends to file the Form 10-Q by or before November 19, 2019.
