IMO Miller used Kilchesky's name and identity to commit his crimes. If one of the Kilchesky brothers was indeed a convicted sex offender then using his name and social security apparently constituted yet another crime. But I find no evidence that he or any other Kilchesky was involved which makes sense since neither was ever identified by name. It's also beyond ludicrous that the Federal Government would be so stupid as to prosecute, convict and imprison someone without knowing their real identity. If so that means once Miller is released he can just go back to using his ''real name'' of Kilchesky with no criminal record to haunt him, correct?
