I find it hard to believe that anyone having done the required due diligence on Miller would ever keep their money in USEI for more than a day. Two, at most. The odds of him making a success out of anything he touches has proven to be a long shot. As evidenced by USEI being on the Expert Market with people dumping their shares at $.000001. Since February!!!

And, of course, Miller is going to tell everyone that when he gets the money from BMCS, that he'll resurrect USEI. What else is he going to say? "Sorry, dudes, you've been scammed".

Btw, how do you think BMCS shareholders feel when he says he's going to take BMCS money and sink it into USEI? In the private sector, this wouldn't/couldn't happen. That why there are board of directors, to keep CEO from doing what Miller does.

We'll start with USCI.

Miller was CEO of USCI from 1996 til 2005, until the company was revoked and suspended by the SEC. It's now worthless.

Next is Hotcloud Mobil, (HOTM, FKA) It was revoked by the SEC in 2014 shortly after Miller took over the ticker in 2012 for non filing of financials. Other than changing the name and increasing the A/S, he did absolutely nothing with it.

FGFT is a grey sheeter that Miller was originally going to use to bring his kid's Fitness Gurls magazine public before deciding it would be easier to use POTG. It's mentioned above when it was FBVC. The new symbol reflects the company's name FG Fitness and Media Group.

POTG was taken over by Miller and son to bring Fitness public in 2015. That's gone nowhere ever since and seems destined to be thrown on the Miller scrap pile soon as well.

Then, there was USEI. Now stripped of assets and abandoned. Brought to the Expert Market and at $.000001 since February because shareholders are dumping shares from their accounts.

BMCS will be the next notch in his belt.

Can you imagine someone making a living this way? It takes gullible shareholders to buy into his bullshit. And keep buying. Until the stock goes worthless.
