Universal Systems, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: UVSS) is very pleased to announce today that it had a long successful trip to Canada this past week. Our lead scientists and managers met with top managers and executives of 7 major oil and oil field service companies which included Enerchem, Suncor, EnCana, Petro-Canada, ERS, Sun Crude, and ERCD, an Alberta Government Agency.

These meetings have landed Universal Systems, Inc. preliminary lab work, which once completed, will allow us to go forward on building long term relationships. The overwhelming audience with these groups allowed Universal to demonstrate its ability to deal with their major water issues, one being that of a method to clean up produced water that is continually a problem that occurs when you have a producing oil well and secondly, KCL water which is produced when an oil well is being acidized to increase the flow of oil. Up to now, the oil companies have had no other method in the cleaning of these products except down hole injection or deposit into a hazardous landfill which is very expensive.

Due to the overwhelming responses of our ability to address the cleaning of their produced water for reuse on-site and during the drilling of the new well we have begun construction of our first mobile water unit. We are also especially pleased with our new development of a newly designed belt clarifier that will enhance the cleaning of slimes and slurry produced by our EC Units on a continuous basis. This unit is not only adjustable to meet various water flows, but is now condensed to a size that will replace a forty foot (8'x40') in length container clarifier. This new foot print is 2' wide x 4' tall x 6' long. This unit could be installed in the back of a pickup truck, if needed.
