Mr. Leovich, a 40-year food service industry veteran, will guide franchise development and technology licensing of uWink, helping to expand the uWink brand as well as the implementation of uWink�s technology into restaurants and other food service venues. Mr. Leovich has helped build many restaurant brands through his work with BRANDSCENDENT, a global franchise consulting network, and at Brinker International, Inc. where he spent 25 years, the last 10 as Vice President of Franchise Operations.
