This is an electric kit car with zero production (zero produced to date), I would really like to review any information that puts this company in a position to be bigger than Fisker let alone Lucid. I appreciate your enthusiasm but I fear that eCite will go way of the Fisker Ocean in the end. Some guys in one of my groups were talking about a major partnership with Ecite .

They are not diluting. They are removing liabilities and exchanging them for restricted insider stock. We will never see that stock. The insiders know something and are positioning the Company to take advantage of it. Also makes it nearly reverse proof. Financials show zero stock issued since December of last year. That is a concentrated effort to tighten the float.

That means the sellers are drying up and the accumulation at low levels has continued. Gap in the ask suggests that with similar buying that it will be well pasat 0.01 in a short time.

Someone is soaking up the float. And just after the CEO and COO converted their debt to stock? Someone knows something. This is textbook reduce the float, take out the weak hands, then bring in buying on news and break the shorts for a doo run run run.

Well it is pretty clear that there are no plans for a reverse or the CEO and COO would not have just converted thier debt to stock. They would have waited.

E-Cite is taking steps to improve its financial health and reduce liabilities, this is good. The company is demonstrating insider confidence in the company’s potential, also very good. However, E-Cite carries very high risk. Its path to production and market presence in a niche market, while a potential advantage, relies heavily on successful capital raising and execution... and this is where it gets dicey in my opinion. Aside from the insiders, we are the investors, and personally, I have not been very helpful.

WOW! The CEO and COO must know something. The CEO invested nearly 500k and the COO nearly 200k and took stock at double the market. Probably why they have been so silent so double was this low.
