Medigus corporate presentation...Cortex numbers......

Picked up some shares of VBIX in the .056-.06 range today......

......The Medigus (Nasdaq: MDGS) press releases from this year disclose the revenue numbers for Gix Media (Linkury Ltd.) and Cortex Group. If those numbers are accurate, it is possible VBIX might show some very sizable revenue numbers after this transaction is completed.

I have increased my position since the above post, with buys up to the 10-cent level. It should be interesting to see what happens once this churning around the 10-15 cent area is complete. Although there is some added risk until the final structure of the deal becomes more clarified, I am anticipating that VBIX will see a nice push above the 20/30 cent level at some point.

The corporate presentation that MDGS put up on its website last week contains a couple of slides/pages devoted to Gix and Cortex Media Group (document properties show the creation date of December 13). The revenue/profit numbers shown on the Cortex page (12) are consistent with what MDGS had reported in its earlier press releases regarding Gix/Cortex.

VBIX(.06)...accumulated a position......

Picked up some shares of VBIX in the .056-.06 range today. I'm thinking this probably has a decent chance at seeing another strong move from this 5-10 cent area. I haven't gone through the filings in great detail, so I'm not certain if there are any convertible instruments (warrants/options) still on the books, but a cursory glance leads me to believe the initial post-acquisition structure will probably be somewhere in the 350M to 425M range.

According to the first press release below, Gix Media (Linkury) had $38M in revenue during fiscal 2020. One thing I find very interesting is the statement in the last press release below with regards to what kind of revenue that Cortex Group is producing this year. That Q3 revenue number is particularly eye-brow raising. I don't know if there is some sort of seasonality or an extraordinary event involved there, but it certainly is an interesting increase versus what the company posted in the first half of 2021......

Gix reported that according to Cortex’s financial statements for the first half of 2021, its revenues amounted to approximately $13.5 (NIS 43 million), an increase of 53% compared to its revenues in the first half of 2020, and Cortex’s operating profit for the first half of 2021 amounted to approximately $1.3 (NIS 4.2 million), an increase of 121% compared to the first half of 2020.

During the third quarter of 2021, Cortex continued to present an impressive growth, with revenues amounting to approximately $12.5 million (NIS 40 million), an increase of 92% compared with revenues in the corresponding quarter last year. Operating profit in the third quarter of 2021 amounted to approximately $1.4 million (NIS 4.5 million), an increase of 44% compared to the operating profit of the third quarter of 2020.

So they are not merging with Gix Internet which owned 79% of the shell but Gix Media a subsidiary.

Gix Internet $39 mil in revs but Gix Media? Probably another shell/start up.

That was the perfect support area at around $.1035. It made a textbook bounce from there. What is the valuation here? That will be the determining factor! Certainly more than $5M one would think!
