Item 5.02.  Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

Marc Owensby resigned as Interim Chief Executive Officer of VuBotics, Inc. (the “Company”) effective February 15, 2008.  Mr. Owensby will continue to serve as a director of the Company.  Mr. Owensby’s resignation as an officer of the Company was not the result of a disagreement on any matters related to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
