I second your motion

The quarterly and annual reports are unprofessional, littered with conflicting and out of date, at best, information (especially when measured against "official", uncorrected PRs), and, in no wise, ready for audit (see Message #74679 for some, not all, of the problems), plus his 03/28/23 5.7% grift of company shares (extra 95.6M and $2.58M fair market value above $118.2K owed), in no way, should pass audit as reasonable and appropriate, and per required fiduciary responsibility, and shares should have NEVER been issued, and, most definitely, should already been returned. Instead of audit, CEO should be correcting years of reports post haste, per his fiduciary responsibility. He continues to give no evidence of caring about professionalism, learning from mistakes, responsibilities or shareholders, other than himself.

Infuriatingly, the piles of conflicts and unprofessionalism have not stopped, but are still growing higher, as documented by the follow-on, more recent Nigeria sales announcements.

Sale of 1000K units not reflected 2Q24. 1st 500K were shipped in August 2024, with another 500K units, scheduled for October 2024. Revenues from August shipment will appear in next quarterly report (3Q24).

August shipment revenue, or even Accounts Receivable, IS NOT ADDRESSED in 3Q24 10-Q. However, infuriatingly, $1.262M loan due to himself for totally unmerited 60% bonus for undocumented $2.12M of undocumented sales, added to Balance Sheet, retroactively to June 1, 2024 (not mentioned in 2Q24 10-Q)

Re-confirmed 1st 500K units to Nigeria in August (thereby, REQUIRED to be addressed in 3Q24 10-Q) and delivering 2nd 500K units in October.


In summary, again infuriatingly, his announcements cannot be automatically assumed to be good faith information, unless it related to his self-enrichment activities. Lack of share price upward movement thereafter confirms this.

As always, I hope for him to change and create the value for shareholders/speculators, per his responsibility.

Audited financials would be great if there are any to audit. Uplisting within the penny relm like to QB would be ok. Uplisting to the Big board requires waaaayyy to much for this company … from what I’ve seen and experienced attempting to uplist to the big board often ends badly for shareholders.

If Dr Otiko truly wanted to "Light the Match and ignite Share Price", then he should start the process of hiring an auditing company now and announce that starting in 2025, financials will be audited and Uplisting to get done by end of 2nd quarter.

Volume is very low here. Seems like everyone is awaiting the Doc to produce actual verifiable revenues via audited financials. That in my opinion will be what kicks this into hyper-drive. 

Trying to squeeze every 100th of a cent out of every buy and sell; driving the price down on low volume and then dumping into and stifling runs is so freakin annoying. I guess that is what makes a market. Still, I would love to see the daytraders get burned on this. It all comes down to performance. Investors need a reason to invest and run up the price.
