On January 14, 2013, Versailles Financial Corporation (the “Company”), the holding company for Versailles Savings and Loan Company, filed a Form 15 with the Securities and Exchange Commission to deregister its common stock under Section 12(g) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.  The Company expects the deregistration to be effective within 90 days after the filing of the Form 15.
