Look @ SEC filings when they filed form 15, terminating SEC registration, they were a few years behind in filings. FINRA will not budge with any corporate action so there will never be any kind of merge etc unless a pump and dump. I think homeboy CEO knows better so VGLS is stuck in purgatory. He will keep calling for audits etc but you cannot audit what has happened here.
