Hi anytimeman,

VIPK went Grey to Pink a few weeks ago.

If the share numbers are correct at OTCM, VIPK has a very low float.

The website doesn't seem to be working either.

I saw that print this morning for $1. It was only 100 shares so probably just MM games.

You seeing anything new other than the price spike?

What is the story here? Anyone know? Looks like this company is coming alive?

What ever happened with this company?? No stock movement, their phone # is disconnected and you can't even access their website.

If you bought your 1,000 shares before 10/1/07, you will have only by now 100 shares by now. There was a roundup to 100 after 1:150 reverse split.

I have 1000 shares when they were under the name Tahoma Corporation Inc in Sal Lake City, UTAH. They are now VIP Comlink? What can I do and who andwhere do I write or call or something.

Not only are they alive, but it sounds like they have overcome their obstacles and we should see something in the news shortly.

FWIW I sent an email to the company on Friday to see if I got a response! They replied the same day!!!

"Yes we are still actively in business and we do have further business plans."

Anyone know how the shareholder meeting went???

we are two weeks away from the annual meeting. we should see a pr that puts everything in perspective on the acquisition. the recent trading volume is anticipation of what is going to be announced at this meeting. hopefully, mark has a lot of good news for us stockholders.

Got some volume coming in. Still staying around a good price. Cant wait for this to start trading correctly.

We need it to do a lot better than .01. Anybody talked to or received an email from Mark.

I think this stock will do very well soon. Most people that bought this stock pre split paid .005 to .015. This is equal to .55 to $2.15.

Ok thanks! Well if they are sending stuff out like that maybe its a sign of good will after the RS. And with the recent trading maybe things are getting closer. Wouldnt mind seeing it inch up to .35 area.

Im just wondering how much stock has been used and given out since the RS. Good thing about the authorized, thats always good to lower it. But if this stays around 5-20 million for a while there might be a good chance for a couple of runs. But a lot of the times they will just dilute right back or give out a bunch of restricted stock.

New share structure?? We had a 150 to 1 reverse split and the authorized shares went from 500 million to 100 million last year.

Did they mention the new share structure on there?

How does a 15c2-11 work?

A 15c2-11 is a legal filing that allows a corporation with a market for its securities to begin trading registered securities. Rule 15c2-11 requires that broker-dealers include certain pieces of information in the 211 application that is, in turn, reviewed by the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD). Although audited financials (which can cost thousands of dollars) are not required much of the information required is similar to that included in a registration statement. Even though audited financials are not required, a financial statement must be provided in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

Broker-dealers perform due diligence on the company filing the 15c2-11 and specifically review:

* The issuance of outstanding shares
* To whom and at what price they were issued
* The ration of free trading versus restricted shares

Once due diligence is completed, the broker-dealer files a Form 2-11 with the NASD and the NASD is compelled to return comments in less than 30 days. Once the NASD comments have been satisfied the NASD declares the filing effective and the begins trading the OTC-Bulletin Board subject to company becoming a reporting company under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 or on the Pink Sheets if there are no reporting requirements. From start to finish the process typically takes less than 120 days.

Where did you hear it only takes a couple of weeks? MM's might want to see a lot even though its a pink. Look at CHAG, that one took damn near a year and it shows filings and its STILL on the greys. I just think this will take longer than expected.
