Over the last year I was successful in obtaining several mining and related permits. Applications were approved for large mine development, industrial discharges, storm water, and water rights. Activities include contract management, budget preparation and the support in the preparation of Private Placement Memoranda. In addition due diligence activities on a half a dozen projects located in Nevada, Colorado, and Mexico. I also am a technical advisor to an IT company offering "Big Data-Management Solutions" to mining industry.

I have been providing technical services to the oil, gas and mining industry over the last 30 years providing water management, water quality , permitting, IT , modeling, remediation, and remedial services throughout Western United States, Mexico and Australia.

Representative services provided to the mining industry includes mine permitting and licensing support to the uranium, precious, base metal and aggregate industry. Representative permitting experience includes stormwater, industrial discharge, NRC and State uranium mine licensing, precious metal environmental and operational permits for Colorado, and Nevada clients and New Mexico, Wyoming, Utah, and Colorado uranium clients. I also served as Western Regional Environmental Manager for Peabody Coal Company where responsibilites to permit operations in Arizona, Colorado,Montana, New Mexico Utah, and Wyoming.

Oil and gas industry experience includes E and P, pipeline, refining and retail business units. Experience was gained as an employee of Williams, Amoco, Chemical Water Management and a consultant. Representative clients include Texaco, Conoco, Exxon, Phillips, Coastal, Sinclair, Flying J, Chevron, Pemex, hts. The mining industry has been profoundly affected by the convergence of several significant trends, and as a result, the opportunity to deploy data intelligence technology is more compelling now than perhaps at any other time in the industry’s history. yep watching this one closely if it gets granted then rest of chiang plays should get another boost. If not then rest of his other plays that hasn't moved yet gonna be under more scrutiny.

Really really interesting stuff happened here. George did work for old management and won a judgment of 320k. He’s now in charge. Haven’t figured out how he got in control. He’s a big deal with a lot of experience in mining.
