This hit the Expert Market. 

Uh oh...this is now in "grace period" with OTC Markets. It is on the verge of going to Expert Market.  Probably for the best. 
No money can be made on this stock. Just dilutes and dilutes and no revenue yet. 
A reverse split would be in the near future in any case.

This stock continues to slide with dilution.

Investors from the cold call sales pitches cannot be happy the way this is trending.

I wonder if the new teck. that MMMW have just put under patents could be adapted to the new tower design for VSOLF. That would be great with increased efficiency.

Mostly just a lot of stats on solar power in general. They sent me links to a report they generated. I will post it when I have a chance.

Interesting. What info about the company did they try selling you on?
I was wondering how they find buyers for this obscure company. Did not think cold calling was still a thing in this digital age.

I got a cold call this week on this one. Promotion is starting soon. Worth a look, even if it is only to ride the P&D.

This stock has historically been sell..sell...sell...halt trading for months...reverse split....then return to trading....rinse and repeat.
Will things be different with this new company?

This was up in the .80s. That might have been the pump. Most days has more sales than buys. Can only imagine this is being diluted.

Their other ticker symbol vsol looks like it was pumped in january to around 1.25, but theres no news since. Solar is expected to shine throughtout these turbulent markets an many companies are superior with huge gains they hold currently. Could this be the next cinderella play here $$$$$

They supposedly have the patent on upright solar towers, which only take up a portion of the property fields which they installed. This company was promoted in the january edition of the wall street forcaster newspaper-an the january edition of the investing today, strategic investment company. If this helps. So far no real pump yet

I got a promotion in the snail mail about this company so I'm expecting some kind of dumping of stock coming, they don't pay all that money for nothing.

This continues to remain halted since October. Never seen such long halts done on a stock before. This is the 2nd several month trading hold in 1 1/2 years.

I traded it once after the R/S....the volume had been super low. Sold for beer money.
If you are lucky, there could be a post R/S squeeze and a quick rise in SP with the low float. But company is very quiet and not much interest by investors it seems.

I held during RS and still up the same. Wonder what they have in store here. Could get interesting.

LIBERTY ONE LITHIUM ENTERS INTO OPTION AGREEMENT
FOR JACKFISH LAKE PROPERTY
VANCOUVER, BC (June 26, 2020) -- Liberty One Lithium Corp. (“Liberty One” or the
“Company”) (TSX.V: LBY) (FRANKFURT: L1T), is pleased to announce that it has entered into
an option agreement with Wahl’s Prospecting (the “Optionor”) to earn a 100% interest in certain
gold claims comprising the Jackfish Lake Property (the “Property”) located in Thunder Bay,
Ontario (the “Option Agreement”).
Pursuant to the Option Agreement and in order to exercise the option, the Company would need
to make the following payments to the Optionor:
• Cash payments totaling $110,000 CDN, payable over four years as follows:
o $15,000 within 5 business days of the effective date of the Option Agreement;
o an additional $15,000 on or before each of the first, second and third anniversaries
of the date the TSX Venture Exchange approves the Option Agreement (the
“Exchange Approval Date”); and
o $50,000 on or before the fourth anniversary of the Exchange Approval Date.
• 1,600,000 common shares of Liberty One (the “Shares”), issuable over four years as
follows:
o 500,000 Shares within 10 business days of the Exchange Approval Date;
o an additional 200,000 Shares on or before each of the first, second and third
anniversary of the Exchange Approval Date; and
o an additional 500,000 Shares on or before the fourth anniversary of the Exchange
Approval Date.
In addition, the Optionor will retain a 2% Net Smelter Royalty (the “NSR”), subject to the
Company’s right to purchase half of the NSR by paying $1,000,000 to the Optionor.
Closing of the proposed transaction is subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance of a filing
required to be made in respect of the Option Agreement and all other necessary regulatory
approvals and acceptances, as well as other conditions precedents. There can be no assurance that
the proposed transaction will be completed as proposed, or, at all.
All securities issued in connection with the Option Agreement will be subject to a statutory hold
period of four months plus a day from the date of issuance in accordance with applicable securities laws.

The Jackfish Lake Property
The Property is located on the northern shores of Lake Superior, 20 km east of Terrace Bay via
Highway 17, Ontario.
The Property comprises 34 mining claims covering 3,664 hectares (9,054 acres). Geologically,
the Property lies within the Wawa subprovince of the superior province of the Canadian Shield,
specifically the metavolcano-sedimentary Schreiber-Hemlo greenstone belt. The belt is known for
its namesake Hemlo Gold Mine. Geology and mineralization on adjacent or properties in the area
may not be representative of mineralization on the Jackfish Lake Property. The Company will
focus exploration on the previously identified gold bearing veins hosted within the eastern margin
of the Terrace Bay Batholith, that underlie the Property
The Company is currently preparing an independent NI 43-101 Technical Report on the Property
(the “Report”). The Report will contain additional detail on the history and nature of business
previously conducted on the Property and any available financial information regarding it.
Mr. Garry Clark, P. Geo., of Clark Exploration Consulting, is the “Qualified Person” as defined in
NI 43-101, who has reviewed and approved the technical content in this press release.

I certainly hope so. The last time I spoke to someone there, they have a lot of cash sitting around and are looking for a new site to develop.

I heard on the Democratic debate last night, the future of lithium could be huge with the renewable energy push.
This company should be locking on to a site soon while still cheap.

I finally got a reply from this company. I did email the web site with questions and within a few hours I got a call.
I did speak to a gentleman there, who explained that the project in Argentina did not work out so they abandoned it. They are still sitting on a pile of cash and are looking for a site. He said we could expect an announcement soon.
Lets hope so

I have gone to the company website two more times and hit the contact us. I asked several questions on both occasions and was told I would hear back.
I never heard from either inquiry.

I just checked the company's website, "libertyonelithium.com" and read the report from December 2018.
The company claims a very strong cash position of 8 million dollars,and their outlook is that consumption is again outpacing production making it appear to be a good year for 2019.

It's not worth investing in imo.

This has doubled in the past week from 6 cents to 12 cents. Somebody knows something somewhere. It is the time to buy more and send good money after bad or maybe get back what we lost.

Something is about to happen here. It is up 50% for the day. I know it was over a dollar and disappeared but they either found something or it is about to be pumped big time.

Looks like a 13 month screw up investment by me. Time to take my $4500 tax loss for 2018? At this point I think so. Anyone know anything about what appears to be a pump and dump here?
