The Company is unable, without unreasonable effort or expense, to file its 10-Q for the period ended March 31, 2024 because the Company is unable to complete its 10-Q and provide it to its auditors for review in a timely manner. The Company believes it will be able to file the 10-Q within the 5-calendar day extension period provided by Rule 12b-25.
