On July 31, 2023, Jimmy Galla, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and a director of Wolf Energy Services Inc. (the “Company”), resigned from his positions as an officer and director of the Company to pursue other interests. Mr. Galla's departure from the Company was amicable and he was in good standing at the time of his resignation. As a result of his resignation from his positions with the Company, Mr. Galla is no longer an employee or director of the Company or any subsidiary. Following Mr. Galla’s resignation the board of directors appointed Jimmy “JD” Reedy to serve as interim Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Mr. Reedy has served on the board of directors of the Company since September 2022 and as the chief operating officer of Banner Midstream Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, since April 2019.

The markets are, I think, closed on Monday (MLK) so the new shares should be in accounts on Tuesday morning before the open - it could be an interesting day

Actually, I'm surprised that anyone is buying shares at $0.20 - next week there will be 4x as many shares outstanding as there are now and I think we'll be lucky if they trade higher than a dime - folks that buy at this level are likely to lose close to half their investment because of the dilution and they won't get the extra shares because eligibility date was 12/30/2022 for the forward split

I liked it better when it wasn't trading on the OTCQB and trading at forty cents....

You just never know with the OTC as to what will actually run no matter how good the company is!

If they had put news about what is coming in to the company that would’ve brought more eyes to the stock.

I think the stock was being flipped by someone all last week and with the wide spread it put off a lot of people from buying.

Yeah I can't really wrap my head around why there was such a sell off on the recent run to the .40s last week with this 4 to 1 FS coming.

I'm assuming there will be a new ticker at some point also:

The record date for the forward split was December 30 - the new shares will be delivered at no cost on January 16. What's not to like?

IMHO that is absolutely no reason to knock a stock down 20% after already knocking it down a similar amount last week.

EVTN has gone from 40+ to 20+ in that time frame - a week.

Each share sold at $0.25 will be "restocked" with three more in a couple of weeks (so, effectively, its value was $1.00)

Down 20% today - what up with that?

I took a small position here yesterday to see how this plays out. I’ve always liked the company but couldn’t buy on Interactive Brokers until now.

I’m expecting quite a bit of news flow to start after the dividend is paid.

Will the dividend shares be tradeable immediately or will they be restricted for some time after they are issued?

I’m presuming that they will give the market clearer guidance on when they expect to up list to the Nasdaq early next week.

There's about 9 hours left to get access to the freebies... this is way under the radar for most folks which is maybe a good thing as the supply of shares is very thin

Not every day you get three freebies (within two weeks) for every share you own... in a real business, rather than a wannabe business. It's a little early to know what the real opportunities are for the "new" EVTN but I really have to believe that we'll see a trading range between $0.10 and $0.25 once the forward split happens (and more if they can consistently grow topline with new contracts and improve operating margins)
