My E-trade account has not seen the conversion to WPFH either. I only have a small amount of shares their as most of my position was in T.D. Ameritrade which received the conversion to WPFH. I sure hope that they can get those shares converted for everyone who is holding through E-trade.

My E trade still shows SOLI .
Does anyone have E trade and got the new shares ?

I am not sure when it will be? He will probably work out some sort of deal at sentencing I would imagine.

I agree. You have to remain skeptic with this crew their PR releases are so minuscule and vague. It's buying time to do something to not end up making everything blow up in their face

I have not heard anything recently. Hopefully they will release some more news in regards to this.

Has there been any recent news on the VHHI and Vezbi transfer to the unnamed NASDAQ company valued at 1B that will be distributed to WPFH shareholders? I know there were three phases involved that would take several weeks so hopefully it is moving forward as stated.

On my T.D. Ameritrade account my SOLI shares disappeared completely. I ended up with only WPFH shares left after the conversion.

When will the share conversion take place? SOLI shares are still displayed with my broker.

I will have to admit I was actually surprised that we got our WPFH shares converted over from the SOLI liquidation trust. I really thought this was just a diversion tactic to keep shareholders off of their backs until the statute of limitations ran out. When the conversion actually happened, I about crapped my pants.

Then when the PPS started falling like a knife that kind had me thinking that this was all just B.S. and that this was just another penny stock scam. However, when the PPS rose from the low of $1 to back above $5 these past couple of weeks, I am starting to think there is something more to this after all. I know someone appears to be buying a lot of shares as of lately. I hope that they can get it done too!

I remain cautiously optimistic, because when I start feeling too optimistic EdF finds some shit on his pacer and wrecks my optimism every time! :) LOL

With these guys it's half/half on getting it done from their history and that's being kind

Same Here! I hope the Deal is for Real and that we can see many multiples from here.
Against all odds I would love to see my SOLI investment actually work out here.
But I know this is a long shot.
At this point I am optimistic again.

FYI, for anyone who has shares at Pershing, they have acknowledged the conversion and are working on handing out the shares. It should be soon.

Hopefully it is for real for our sake. I would like to see some profit here in two years.

I guess if they are for Real, we will see it in the PPS, but if this is just another penny scam then this will be trading sub-pennies in two years.

So, at this point for me it's wait and see how this unfolds?

The PPS moving back up gives me some hope here.

As long as it keeps going in the right direction, I will remain optimistic. Then again 2 years is a long time to wait, and much can happen between now and then. Hoping this A.I. part of the company along with the NASDAQ spinoff works out for us?
