LONDON, June 21, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Love Hemp Group PLC (AQSE: LIFE) (OTCQB: WRHLF) ("Love Hemp" or the "Company"), one of the UK's leading CBD and hemp product suppliers, has signed a three-year Endorsement Agreement ("the Agreement") with two-time Heavyweight Champion of the World and Olympic gold medallist, Anthony Joshua OBE.


The Endorsement Agreement commences 1 July 2021 and has an initial contract term of three years. Under the Agreement, Anthony Joshua is committed to becoming an ambassador of the Love Hemp brand and a key voice in the Company's mission to promote its wellness brand. In the longer term, Love Hemp and Anthony Joshua will also collaborate on a licenced range of CBD products for athletes, championing the Company's development in its work to position CBD as an internationally recognised, certified products for athletes.

In line with Anthony Joshua's desire to further support the development of the Company in its international growth strategy, he will become a key shareholder of Love Hemp via his management company, 258 MGT Limited, through the issuance of shares in lieu of cash compensation.

5 year UFC partnership kicks off next week

All I know is that WRHLF signed a 5-yr deal with the UFC on March 16th to promote their CBD products, the UFC being the largest single sports franchise in the WORLD. That's good enough for me!

WRHLF, one of the UK’s leading CBD and Hemp product suppliers, is pleased to announce that it has secured an exclusive five year, multi-million-dollar global partnership Agreement (the “Agreement”) with UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championship), the world’s premier mixed martial arts organisation and the largest Pay-Per-View event provider in the world.
This Agreement will commence on 1 June 2021 and includes a number of marketing activations and sponsorship opportunities.

The sponsorship agreement will allow Love Hemp to access UFC’s physical and digital assets, as well as the marketing opportunities, which includes usage of UFC trademarks, logos and brand. April 8, 2021 Love Hemp raises funds. Plans to move to London Stock Exchange official list.

The proceeds will help fund the company’s new global marketing programme that will be implemented across the UK and US and includes a partnership with UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championship) as announced on 16 March 2021, as well as for general corporate purposes.

The cannabidiol (CBD) and hemp product supplier also announced it is to move to the Official List of the London Stock Exchange this year.
