I wouldn’t buy at current levels until their business is revealed. Even if it up lists on nasdaq as expected. For the 4-10$ price tag better be a huge company or have some compelling business model

Don’t believe it would behoove them to dilute. They increased the SS for acquiring businesses. That doesn’t mean they would necessarily dilute the shares. $PARSD

just a few examples, these splits do NOT always turn out bad, especially when the company is a good company! Just be aware of what ya own, they're uplisting for a reason here!

still comes down to filings, and if the company is worth millions and millions as predicted, then the RS won't matter a bit. All this does is further confirms the company's direction and seriousness to move to nasdaq. I'll gladly scoop up more in this range.

@ a penny close pps would open @ $2. I’ve been in a couple of mergers that r/s’d and the pps went up after. So I’m still holding and hoping for the best. The good thing about hope is it springs eternal. $PARS

Most of chiangs mergers take about 4-8 months. This one seems to be moving quickly. Once news hits and changes become official will blow up assuming company is everything it’s alleged to be. I can’t find anything in it but could be hiding in another language online somewhere
