Agreed. There is a MASSIVE market for small to mid size companies that need affordable IT/Security support. I am one of them and the regulations for security/ID theft/etc. keeps getting more complex each year. If you're in business, there's no way around it. I just hope he can figure it out, take reporting deadlines SERIOUSLY and not run this company into the ground. Just because it's a great market, doesn't mean he'll automatically be successful.

He is running a legitimate business and he's been trying to acquire smaller MSPs for economies of scale. I still think there's a market for such IT/Security support for small to mid-size companies which is his space where he's trying to get the market share. I think the complexities of the reverse merger, acquiring and managing the debt of these other acquisitions, and other items we've discussed over the last year is what keeps folks guessing. I'm just happy this thing is off of EM and they did everything to bring it current. There is still an over arching strategy he described a year and a half ago and I knew this would take some time (a few years or more) to play out. I've bought so low and have a large position that any movement up past 0.01 is going to make me $$. I'm hoping good things will come to those of us that patiently wait.

Ron, I don't have a clue. I'm going to sell this for a profit when I see fit. That's all I care about. I don't become emotionally attached to any stock. My bet is this goes up. That's all.

Sharestructure is the same. No dilution. We have daily transparency with the TA and OTCmarkets which is how it should always be.

I wasn't saying anything of the sort. I read what seemed to be a post describing what looked like dilution to that poster. (If I misunderstood the post, then that was a mistake on my part.)
I was not watching at all, having knocked off around 11:00 and spent the remainder of the day out with my wife.
I later saw a response on my phone, checked it out and responded back with what I thought was a pretty innocuous response.
I could have said (If my understanding was correct?) "That dirty SOB selling shares", or " You are full of shiot" (if I were someone who responded with arrogance.)
But instead I chose a more neutral response, since I don't presently hold a stake.

There were 3.6 million shares traded today which puts it at under $20,000 in total trades. And you're actually gonna sit here and say they must need the money as if $15-$20,000 is gonna do anything for them.? Please tell me you're kidding me

I guess not really surprising that he needs to raise cash. 🙈

Agreed. I think if they can get things cleaned up this is still a sort of long game. For those of us that bought in way early holding 7 figure positions, I'm ecstatic that this is now current and off of EM and there was a desire to do this. I know the next item that was talked about by Rick was changing the ticker symbol as well.

Looks like yesterday and today are the Buyers from EM's cashing in.
Remember that it went as low as .0009, so doubles, triples or more is possible for them.
I believe we'll see what it's truly worth by next week, with those folks out.

Not sure what you mean by that... because there are plenty of market makers on this stock. There are four on the Bid side and five on the  Ask side.

You are 100 percent correct. Rick Jordan has run this company into the ground due to his greed and incompetence.

I totally disagree about the reverse split that you think might be coming. Our share structure is so low and attractive and they do need to get this price up and to bring in investors. This way that toxic lender can get paid. A reverse split would flag the stock and definitely Minimize the interest here. They need attention in a good way not a bad way. 

Once all is filed, be on the look out for a reverse stock split....IMO.
If you can, get your money back and run. Let the dust settle and let them reorganize.
