Sounds like you’re the dreamer. Right in the post you replied to it explains “why $1?”. It’s called math. It was a very reasonable example showing what PPs would be if merely a $160,000 company with a P/E of only 1x would mean for a shell with 160 million shares. The reason $100 wasn’t used is because we aren’t otc dreamers speculating that $16 Billion dollar company was going to merge. Any other obvious questions?

The same thing was said back in November and here we are in July saying the same thing.

I think the fact that is slid out of current status and then they took the steps to bring it back up to current says that they are still engaged.

Hope you’re right. It’s been like 8 months now. I’m hoping the delay is because they are searching for a great merger candidate and not just settling.

Based on no evidence at all.......I feel like something is coming. Just a gut feeling. Maybe a day or a week or a month from now. But I feel it in my bones. Everyone is trying to evaluate this by the day to day movement which has nothing to do with the potential here. Like many others have said before, and it is true, We either get the merger or we don't. If we don't, it will slowly drift to trips. If we do, the sky can be the limit based on the type of business coming into the merge. A $160,000,000 company at a PE of 1 puts the stock price at $1.00.

You are right, management doesn't need this long to settle something out. They might be struggling to find a good merger, which is a very bad thing.
Best scenario 0.02 to 0.03 with some pump, nothing more is going to come. Worst case will trips down.
Everything in OTC is Junk now a days.

That’s an absurd thing to say. Basically we either get a merger or we don’t. If we do then with share structure we looking $0.10-$0.25 just to start maybe lots more depending on merger. If we don’t then it doesn’t really matter what price it gets too because that’s what most of us are patiently waiting for

Did this get halted? My broker shows the same % change as several days ago even though there is zero volume. It always resets each day to 0% until new volume starts. Very strange.

It happened exactly at 09:30 on opening bell.
It was a sell order lower than the lowest Bid at the time.

So, somebody typed a small order in at .012 and it got filled at .0012.

Hard to believe. I have an order to buy 80,000 at .005, and no takers. While it shows bid at .0045. That is Schwab. Either a great fill or none at all.
