$ZHUD - very nice post. What makes it enticing as well is the low SS.

Anyone that controls the stock can make good use of it!

For what it is worth. Opinions are not facts and facts are not opinions. ALL companies are people. They all want the loot. We can assume that the people that are going to take care of the financing, along with the ones that are going to put it on a major exchange. Will be rewarded with preferred stock. The people that work at these companies want in also. So my premise is that the trading we are seeing, are by them. The size of the trades and volume are saying I want this thing. Cohen has turned this deal over to them, so he is waiting too. The bigger the companies, the slower they move. I am happy with the large (for me) position I have. Over time, there is very little down side. If the deal falls apart. 6 months later someone else will want the shell. I think the deal is solid.

Is ZHUD being effected by today's so called Tariffs anxiety?! The markets knee jerk reaction today, will quickly correct itself when investors get a grip on their emotional responses. So many are over reacting, and they are clearly not seeing the reality of what we are about to witness with the new and improved Administration in place. We are golden here with ZHUD!

Well call me silly, but I added to my ZHUD position today. Not a truck load; however, I do see this as a Buffet Moment... "Buy when others are motivated to sell."  Motivation comes in many forms and for a wide array of reasons. Selling down here might be triggered by a need for lunch money. 

Not that I am aware of. If they have then I havent personally seen it but I think Cohen is the only one who has an online presence.

Agreed, I'm definitely keeping this as a long term play especially given it's basically a start up operation. Just gotta be patient and ride the waves.

Aside from Josh, has any of the actual ZHUD officers talked publicly about ZHUD? 
I am assuming the lack of communication from the company is creating the impatience and sell offs.

At this point it is what it is! I do understand people's frustration and they need to do what they need to do.

1.5 million shares traded and 80 percent is people selling into the bid. Two huge lots got unloaded today in that as well. Unfortunately it looks like some people soured on their ZHUD positions today. This is the most volume we have had in awhile and unfortunately it's in the wrong direction.

Someone getting a beautiful entry price here.

One Kennedy half dollar is about an $80 million market cap. 2 million shares gets it done but only at 1.2

The Permian Basin is about to be lit up. Plenty of opportunity for rapid growth and things can unfold much faster than might think with Cohen and umbrella.

If you are, so am I. I did what you did. But after that, I bought more. It is going to take a lot longer for this to start going up. But the up side of going up will now be ten times faster when it starts. You now have more money then you need available to you for expansion. Upon proven technology they will build 10 plants the first year instead of two. I know they said four. But that was a pipe dream. Plus you got the big boys in the wings. Waiting to take it public. The wait well be more than worth it.

Obviously you are right.It was only a thought that Cohen can use this shell as p/d to have it like Atm machine and invest it in some real stock like Azrh.

That is the opinion I have held about this move as well. I've always said that ZHUD is going to take a lot longer to get to a point of financial viability vs AZ. Everything has to be built and implemented from the ground up on this one whereas Az is merging in long standing businesses. But I'm not bothered by this as I went in knowing it would be longer term investment before it would likely pay off. Just slowly accumulate in this range as much as you are able cause it will still greatly pay off in time once it's up and operating. They are just 2 different plays but there is nothing wrong with either of them.

I skimmed through the merger agreement, looked like it might take some time, like maybe a year to complete all the transactions, the full deal? Anyway, my point is I get it if some are selling here today to jump on the news over there, and I feel it'll come back around for us as well, when ZHUD updates are released.

ZHUD stock will most probably be serving to support the development of AZRH and existing shareholders diluted.

likely-- AZRH had an update this morning.. We are next IMO- will stick with ZHUD-- we have seen what happens with updates. Those .008's are looking good!
