Lizzie Chapman is the CEO & Co-Founder of ZestMoney, the largest and fastest-growing "Buy Now Pay Later" platform in India. ZestMoney uses mobile technology, digital banking and AI to make life more affordable for millions of Indian consumers.

Lizzie has been consistently driving the adoption of digital finance and championing the concept of digital finance. She envisions a future where India has a fully digital economy and every Indian has access to transparent financial services and affordable credit. ZestMoney’s work to make digital finance accessible led to their selection as a 2020 Technology Pioneer by the World Economic Forum.

Before co-founding ZestMoney, Lizzie worked with Goldman Sachs in London, as well as with the Wellcome Trust as an Investment Manager. In 2011, she moved from the United Kingdom to India to set-up and spearhead India operations for Wonga, one of the largest fintech companies in the world then. In 2013, she joined the Development Bank of Singapore and lead the launch of ‘Digibank’, India’s first mobile-app only bank at the time. Lizzie currently serves on the boards of IndiaMart (India's Alibaba) and IndiaQuotient (early-stage investment fund). She is also a founding member of the Digital Lending Association of India and serves on its Executive Committee.
