Did you follow what happened to the investors of Givot Olam, the one hit wonder oil-in-Israel stock that actually hit oil in Israel?
They hit oil, zero dividends were paid to the investors, the well operated at a loss so that insiders could get royalities, when the limited partnership went bankrupt operating the well (at a loss), they ceased their operation. Givot Olam is now trading at 1/100th of what it was trading at before they struck oil. They haven't even bothered to update their website since 2015.
I don't think you can win when you have folks like this operating what is essentially a treasure hunt. In this treasure hunt, if they find the treasure, you get bunkum and scratch. And if they don't find the treasure, they get millions in salary. What a business model for Zion Oil !

I had accumulated a few hundred thousand shares of ness energy before I invested in Zion Oil, yet when looking at which is worse, Zion is active and borderline worthless, and Ness isnt trading to where theres no way to even sell your stock at a loss. either way, no crude oil has been found in inland Israel. ness started in 1979, Zion in 2000. thats 45 years of losses.

No one knows how many of the 50,000 people invested in Zion Oil over the past 24 years got divorced or committed suicide over their losses, but I do know there were two posters here who said they were all in with their retirements, and last time I looked at Mr. Staples handyman website in Maine, he was still doing high ladder work for people well into his 70s. What happened to those 3 people, real people, not made up, not speculated, was EVIL.
How many others?

So D, you still read em everyday, still getting paid I assume.
I refuse to help the HOO. So even though I am not a big fan of the HUB either, but I will answer you.
I am not going to apologize for my support of ZN, I still believe in the original mission. Of course you dont and that's fine. Your hatred is obvious but your motives are not to the average reader.
Nonetheless, we probably do agree on some things outside of Zn.
As of the last 2 weeks, I care not about the oil. I want to see peace but we both know that isn't going to happen anytime soon, and if there was to be peace, that in itself raises flags.
Trying times for that small nation for sure.
I have been by that well, I see no reason for a crew to even be there at the moment......heck farmers have it bad enough.
So hate the company all you want, but now is not the time.
Would I forgive you for all that you and your ilk have done? I already have, you will reap what you have sown, that is not up to me.
In the end the Ancient of days calls the shots.

I always liked the six month delay in the siesmic testing due to rain excuse as pretty good (rainy seasons are six months apart in Israel, so they delay due to rains until the next rains!). But honorable mention would have to be the statement by the CEO in 2018, "weeks, not months". Yup, you guessed it, it was months.
But from this point on, they are shut down to Feb 2025, no more excuses required. This group is so forgiving.

So they spent 21 months from the announced Dec 9 2022 plan, waiting then implementing what turned out to be a 3 month work-plan. The cost to keep the Dallas office open for those 21 months at $600,000 a month, doing nothing else, would be 12.6 million dollars. Now add in a few million for the cost of the contractors for the 3 months work. End result, they might start working again 1st quarter 2025 (add in 2.5 million dollar additional for keeping the Dallas office open). This is not opinion, just the facts.
Here is my opinion: It's not like Zion Oil has no history. This wasn't a good deal for investors. Zion Oil has never been a good deal for investors. Something wrong with the education of people these days to so easily fall for this kind of idiocy.
Now, go ahead, post you're going to wait another six months to hear the results. Good for you, maybe you will learn something. But you're paying a premium price for your educaton.

Dear Zion Shareholders and Supporters,
We want to give you an update on the current status of our MJ-01 re-completion project. Our operations have recently faced significant delays due to an unforeseen combination of downhole challenges, logistical constraints, and geopolitical factors.
Not surprisingly, after six years of inactivity in a well over three miles deep, the MJ-01 wellbore presents a challenging environment. One major delay that has arisen is our drill pipe separated and a section of it (the "fish") dropped near the bottom of the hole. This is not an uncommon occurrence with oil and gas drilling operations, but we do need to recover the fish to resume operations. The specialized tools we need are not in Israel, but we believe we have located all of them, which then will need to be shipped to Israel, clear Israeli customs, and be transported to our rig site.
Another delay arose out of the logistical challenges we face. The ongoing conflict in the region has impacted shipping routes, the timely arrival of necessary equipment, and created travel difficulties for our rig crews. Our operations require specialized rig crews who are not available in Israel.
Our rig crews, largely from Hungary and Romania, have worked on our I-35 rig since its manufacture and are very knowledgeable and efficient with its operation. Nevertheless, it is physically demanding and dangerous work, which normally requires shifts of crews alternating from the rig site to home and back to avoid physical and mental fatigue, which can lead to accidents and injuries. Due to our logistical issues, some of our crew members have already been on-site for 80 consecutive days, which poses a heightened safety risk. We, however, have been blessed with no accidents or injuries to date!
An even further delay has been created by many of our rig crew members reaching the limit of their work visas. This requires us to reset visas, which is not a simple process, and it adds another layer of delay and complexity.
We are also mindful of the significance of several upcoming dates in October. The one-year anniversary of the October 7th attacks marks a particularly sensitive period, especially given the ongoing war being fought on several fronts, and the emotional weight this date carries for Israel, alongside the High Holy Days of Rosh HaShanah (Feast of Trumpets), Yom Kippur, (Day of Atonement), Sukkot (Feast of Tabernacles), and Simchat Torah (Celebration of the yearly restart of the reading of the Torah β the first five books of the Bible).
In light of the combination of downhole, logistical, and crew challenges, as well as holidays, and the one-year remembrance of October 7, we have temporarily paused active operations. This is a necessary step to ensure the safety of our personnel and the integrity of the wellbore. We anticipate that once we have the necessary tools and renewed visas for our crews, we can resume operations in Q4 2024. This is, of course, all subject to the realities of the present geopolitical environment. The conflict in Israel, while not directly impacting our operations on a daily basis, creates uncertainties that could affect our schedule at any time.
We remain optimistic that we can resolve our current issues, and we remain committed to moving our project forward as quickly and safely as possible. We will continue to provide updates as new, significant developments arise.
Thank you for your prayers and continued support during this phase of the project.

If bitcoin is a part of the mark of the beast, the Bible seems to indicate that you won't have a choice.
"He causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads, and that no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name."
Luckily, we all don't have to invest in ZNOG. :)

Zion Oil as a Prophecy for profit stock: looking back to the year 2010, there were two major Biblical prophecies going around at that time for which people might have been interested in investing, to try to gain riches based on the prophecies in the Bible. The first would be the Oil Prophecies, and investing $10 in Zion Oil stock would have been one way to do that. If you invested $10 in Zion Oil stock (to buy 1 share), today that stock would be worth... 5 cents. The other major prophecy going around in 2010 was the Mark of the Beast. For prophecy guru's, it should have been clear, and should have been known, the new BitCoin they were seeing, that had to be the number one precursor to the Biblical Mark of the Beast. If you invested $10 in bit coins at the end of 2010 (to buy 25 coins), today that $10 would be worth $1 million! Boy, did we all ever make a stupid decision, or what?

What do you believe ? "As you have believed, so be it"
Every once in awhile, in approving medicines, some one that got the placebo gets healed. They believed that the sugar pill was real medicine that will help them.
I believe that this has been a very long time for assistance, and He who is never late, will bless Israel with oil, regardless if many nations will hinder Israel getting oil.
