BARUERI, Brazil, Oct. 28, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Cielo S.A. (BM&FBOVESPA: CIEL3 / OTCQX: CIOXY) announces today its results for the third quarter of 2014. The Company's consolidated financial statements are presented in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) issued by the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB) and in accordance with the accounting practices adopted in Brazil.

3Q14 HIGHLIGHTS

• Transaction financial volume totaled R$128.8 billion, up 13.8% year-on-year, or R$15.6 billion; and increase of 2.7% compared to 2Q14, or R$3.4 billion;
• Net Operating Revenue of R$1.9 billion, up 11.6% or R$200.9 million year-on-year and increase of 5.3% or R$97.7 million quarter-on-quarter;
• Net revenue from Prepayment of Receivables* totaled R$239.9 million, up 63.5% or R$93.2 million year-on-year and 10.0% or R$21.8 million quarter-on-quarter;
• Prepayment of Receivables reached 17.7%, over the financial volume of credit, up 1.2 p.p. year-on-year and down 0.2 p.p. quarter-on-quarter;
• EBITDA of R$957.3 million, up 2.9% or R$27.1 million year-on-year and increase of 0.2% or R$1.8 million quarter-on-quarter;
• EBITDA margin at 49.4%, down 4.1 p.p. year-on-year and 2.5 p.p. quarter-on-quarter;
• Cielo's net income totaled R$817.4 million, up 18.5% or R$127.9 million year-on-year and increase of 2.6% or R$20.6 million quarter-on-quarter;
• Cielo's net income margin at 42.2%, up 2.4 p.p. year-on-year and down 1.1 p.p. quarter-on-quarter;
• By 4^th consecutive time Cielo reaches 1^st place in the Financial Services category in the ranking "As Melhores da Dinheiro" (The Best from Dinheiro), IstoE Dinheiro magazine.
• 1^st place in the category Specilized Services in the ranking Valor 1000, Valor Economico newspaper – Awarded for 7^th time;
