CRCW - Market Maker OTCN on the ask again today. Will dump to CDEL who will then show up on the ask with the buy at the bid.

This is either someone washing trades or a market maker putting recently unrestricted shares into the tradable shares.

It’s drying up … solid bidding would do it.
