The Company's consolidated financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the accounting practices adopted in Brazil, which are in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

Highlights of the period:

• Net Revenue: R$395.5 million in 2Q13 (+15.8% vs. 2Q12). R$1,520.8 million in LTM (+11.8% vs. 12M-2Q12) excluding the social security (INSS) contribution.
• License Fees Revenue: R$88.7 million in 2Q13 (+12.0% vs. 2Q12). R$326.3 million in LTM (+7.1% vs. 12M-2Q12) excluding the social security (INSS) contribution.
• Service Revenue: R$118.9 million in 2Q13 (+19.5% vs. 2Q12). R$447.1 million in LTM (+13.6% vs. 12M-2Q12) excluding the social security (INSS) contribution.
• Maintenance Revenue: R$187.8 million in 2Q13 (+15.3% vs. 2Q12). R$731.5 million in LTM (+13.1% vs. 12M-2Q12) excluding the social security (INSS) contribution.
• EBITDA: R$98.9 million in 2Q13 (+6.7% vs. 2Q12) and R$389.7 million in LTM (+11.6% vs. 12M-2Q12).
• Net Income: R$54.0 million in 2Q13 (+14.3%. vs. 2Q12) and R$215.9 million in LTM (+9.6% vs. 12M-1Q12).
• Acquisition in the retail segment: 100% of RMS
• TOTVS Ventures' investments: GoodData (Business Intelligence, Big Data, Cloud Computing and SaaS) and ZeroPaper (SaaS and Cloud Computing for micro enterprises).
