(BM&FBOVESPA: TOTS3), leader in the development and marketing of integrated enterprise management software, as well as the provision of related services in Brazil and Latin America, announces today its results for the fourth quarter of 2013 (4Q13). The Company's consolidated financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the accounting practices adopted in Brazil, which are in conformity with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

Highlights of the period:

• Net Revenue: R$1,611.8 million in 2013 (+14.0% vs. 2012) and R$431.6 million in 4Q13 (+19.4% vs. 4Q12).
• Recurring Revenue: R$928.5 million in 2013 (+14.3% vs. 2012) and R$242.3 million in 4Q13 (+17.6% vs. 4Q12).
•  New clients: 970 clients in 4Q13 (+13.8% vs. 4Q12).
• Service Revenue: R$480.7 million in 2013 (+15.9% vs. 2012) and R$130.6 million in 4Q13 (+23.1% vs. 4Q12).
• Maintenance Revenue: R$783.3 million in 2013 (+17.0% vs. 2012) and R$212.7 million in 4Q13 (+23.4% vs. 4Q12).
• Research and Development (R&D): R$213.6 million in 2013 (+22.5% vs. 2012) and R$831.6 million in the last 5 years.
• EBITDA: R$402.1 million in 2013 (+6.4% vs. 2012) and R$100.8 million in 4Q13 (+7.5% vs. 4Q12).
• Net Income: R$223.1 million in 2013 (+7.7% vs. 2012) and R$60.8 million in 4Q13 (-9.1%. vs. 4T12).
• Dividends: proposed payment of R$0.71/share (+31.5% vs. 2012), a total remuneration of R$0,96/share (+30,9% vs 2012).
