Highlights
- Adjusted Net Revenue was R$262.8 million (+21.9%) in 2Q14 and
R$719.8 million (+56.8%) in 1H14.
- Consolidated traffic volume grew 4.4% in 2Q14, reaching 20.8
million vehicle equivalents[1], and 5.0% in 1H14 to reach
44.0 million vehicles.
- Container handling at Portonave totaled 166,200
TEUs [2] in 2Q14 and 329,300 TEUs in 1H14.
- Assured energy sold totaled 216.7 GWh in 2Q14 (+46.4%)
and 798.0 GWh in 1H14 (+169.4%).
- Viracopos Airport transported 2.3 million passengers and
57,000 tons of cargo in 2Q14.
- Adjusted EBITDA reached R$
133.8 million (+30.5%) in 2Q14 and R$487.9 million in 1H14, while Adjusted EBITDA
Margin stood at 50.9% (+3.3 p.p.) in 2Q14 and 67.8% (+13.1
p.p.) in 1H14.
- Accumulated Dividend Calculation
Base reached R$ 133.9 million.
