Completion of takeover of shares owned by minority shareholders
Aktsiaselts BALTIKA (hereinafter "Baltika")
announces that the takeover of shares belonging to minority
shareholders has been completed. As a result of the takeover, 100%
of Baltika's shares belong to KJK BLTK Holding AS.
