CA$ 100,000,000,000 Global Legislative Covered Bond Programme of
The Toronto-Dominion Bank unconditionally and irrevocably
guaranteed as to payments by TD Covered Bond (Legislative)
Guarantor Limited Partnership.
The Prospectus has been submitted to the
National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for
