I gave you a recommendation on that about the "clock stop" effect even though I am of the opinion that these specific 2 clock stops should not be confined to a specific time limit of days, but rather treated as urgent and ASAP.

The skeptic in me believes the new guidance will not be issued by January 20th as BP uses its wiles to push the release date until after Trump 2.0 begins. But RFK, Jr. might say release them anyway when he moves into office.
